Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 20, 2026

Our Commitment

Dylan's Junk Solution is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that every person deserves equal access to information about our services and the ability to request a free estimate online.

We are actively working to bring our website into conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which is our target accessibility standard.

Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard, but we are actively remediating known issues.

Accessibility Features on This Site

  • Skip to main content link — lets keyboard users bypass repeated navigation
  • All pages have a single, descriptive heading (h1) identifying the page purpose
  • Navigation menus are fully keyboard accessible (Enter/Space to open, Arrow keys to navigate, Escape to close)
  • All form fields have visible labels and are associated programmatically
  • Form errors are announced to screen readers and linked to the affected field
  • Status and error messages use live regions so screen readers announce them automatically
  • All icon-only buttons have accessible text labels
  • FAQ accordions announce their expanded/collapsed state to screen readers
  • Focus indicators are clearly visible throughout the site
  • Animations and transitions respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" browser/OS setting
  • The site is navigable using only a keyboard
  • The site is readable and usable at 200% and 400% browser zoom

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA throughout our site, the following areas are still under active remediation:

  • Individual service and service area pages are being updated with unique, descriptive page titles.
  • Color contrast is being reviewed and adjusted across all page templates.

We expect to address these items within 60 days. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please contact us (see below).
